Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)
0845 423 8903
NHS Warwickshire's Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) supports patients, service users, their
relatives and carers.
PALS is a confidential and free service, providing information, advice
and support to patients, carers and relatives with the aim of resolving
local difficulties on-the-spot.
We know that it can be a worrying and confusing time when you, or
someone you know, is unwell. If you have any concerns about any aspect of
your care, or the service you receive, it is best to first speak to a
member of staff involved in your care.
However, if you find they
cannot help you, or you are not comfortable talking to them, you can
contact PALS. PALS will:
- Advise and support patients, service users, families and carers.
- Provide information on NHS services.
- Listen to your concerns, queries and suggestions.
- Help sort out problems quickly on your behalf.
- Act independently
when handling patient or family concerns.
- Liaise with staff, managers and health professionals with the aim
of sorting problems as quickly as possible.
