Smoking and the Law

From 6am Sunday 1st July 2007, all indoor areas have needed to be completely smoke free.

This means no smoking in any enclosed, indoor area, including works' smoking rooms or works' vehicles.  In addition, signs need to be displayed at all public entrances for all premises.

Signs will also need to be displayed in relevant vehicles, such as work vans and taxis.
